Course series for children aged 1 to 8: at every session you get to know the animals and the work on the farm – younger children come with an accompanying adult.
Children & families
In the Sommerhof Minis, Midis and Maxis you spend time on our farm in small groups. Each session focuses on a different animal: together we feed, stroke and play and do lots of fun things. The Maxis follow the farming year and get to know the different jobs and animals on the farm.
You will find the next courses and free places in the event calendar. You can also register by email or using the contact form – please state the name of the course.
You like our offers but can’t afford them? Please don’t hesitate to get in touch – we have a solution.
Come and visit us at the Sommerhof and meet our wonderful animals! An offer for children with an accompanying adult.
In a small group you learn how to handle the ponies through play – for children with no experience of horses.
Pigs, ponies, chickens, rabbits, sheep and the tractor: in this course series you get to know the farm animals. On nature explorer days you head into the woods with an explorer backpack.
